Cancellation Policy:

• On or before 15 May 2026: No cancellation fee.
• Between 16 May 2026 and 5 June 2026: Registration refunded less the $50 processing fee
• After 6 May 2026: No refunds will be granted. Registration fee cannot be credited to a future meeting.
  Cancellations must be requested in writing. Please email reg-help@aas.org with your cancellation request. Changes to registration format (between in person and virtual) are permitted by 15 May 2026. After 15 May 2026, no changes to registration format. Registration is not transferable from one person to another, not even within the same institution. One person must cancel following the guidelines above, and the other person register online.
