Cancellation Policy:

• On or before 11 April 2025: No cancellation fee.
• Between 12 April 2025 and 12 May 2025: Registration refunded less the $50 processing fee
• After 12 May 2025: No refunds will be granted. Registration fee cannot be credited to a future meeting.
  Cancellations must be requested in writing. Please email reg-help@aas.org with your cancellation request. Changes to registration format (between in person and virtual) are permitted by 11 April 2025. After 11 April 2025, no changes to registration format. Registration is not transferable from one person to another, not even within the same institution. One person must cancel following the guidelines above, and the other person register online.
