Payments & Terms

Payment in full must accompany any reservation received after May 13, 2021.
Final payment (for previously-made deposits) is due by May 15, 2021.
All clients are required to read and sign two documents: Terms & Conditions and Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk. You will find links to these in your confirmation email.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Any cancellation of a booking must be made in writing and sent by email to info@yogasafari.com. It shall only be effective upon acknowledged receipt by Yoga Safari.
There are no refunds after May 15, 2021. Cancellation charges shall apply in the following circumstances:
- Cancellation prior to April 15, 2021: the advance payment will be refunded less a US$1,000 per person service fee.
- Cancellation between April 15, 2021 and May 15, 2021: the total advance payment is forfeited.
- Cancellation after May 15, 2021 and "no shows": the total program cost is forfeited to include handling fees and liquidated damages for the Company.
